I am a DONA certified birth and postpartum Doula with a specializing in hypnobirthing  & spinning babies. I have years of experience and have helped many families achieve the positive birth experience desired. I am also a Doula at  Danbury Hospital/Nuvance Health.

I offer a variety of services to support women and families throughout the pregnancy and childbirth journey. These include prenatal education, comfort measures, hypnobirthing, labor and birth support, postpartum care, lactation support, and so much more!
