Theresa Davis is a DONA International–certified Birth and Postpartum Doula with over 20 years of experience in supportive care. Born and raised in New Zealand, she brings a grounded, compassionate, and globally informed approach to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Known for her calm presence and intuitive support, Theresa partners closely with families to ensure they feel safe, heard, and empowered before, during, and after birth. She understands how impactful professional, compassionate care is during these transformative moments and is deeply committed to honoring each family’s unique journey.

Theresa holds additional certifications in bereavement support, Spinning Babies®, and HypnoBirthing, allowing her to support a wide range of birth experiences—from physiological and medicated births to complex and unexpected outcomes. She proudly supports families of all kinds, including first-time parents, growing families, single parents, LGBTQ+ families, and those navigating non-traditional paths to parenthood. Theresa believes every family deserves evidence-based information, emotional support, and respectful care to make confident decisions.

A mother of four and grandmother of three (with another on the way), Theresa draws from her own diverse pregnancy and birth experiences to offer empathetic, practical support. Outside of her doula work, she enjoys time with family, traveling, skiing, and hiking—bringing balance and presence into her care.
