What Theresa does:
- Home visits before your due date to prepare you and your partner
- Spinning Babies sessions to encourage optimal baby positioning
- Partner coaching — so your support person knows exactly what to do when she's not there yet
- Positive affirmations and mindset preparation for labor
- Comfort techniques including massage, positioning, and breathwork
- On-call by phone and text from 37 weeks — she answers, day or night
- Arrives at the hospital or birth center the moment you need her
- Continuous one-on-one support through every stage of labor
- Advocacy in the delivery room so you always have a voice
- Immediate postpartum support for you and your partner after delivery
- One postpartum follow-up visit after baby arrives
Postpartum Doula $60 – $85/hour
What Theresa does:
- Overnight newborn care so you get uninterrupted sleep
- Infant feeding support — breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping guidance
- Diapering, soothing, and newborn care guidance
- Teaches you and your partner until it feels natural, not terrifying
- Monitors baby's feeding cues, sleep patterns, and diaper output
- Light household help — bottles, laundry, keeping things organized
- Emotional support and reassurance during the fourth trimester
- Available by text between sessions for questions that can't wait
- Experience with twins, multiples, NICU babies, and high-risk situations
