About Me

My name Is Theresa Davis and I was born and raised in New Zealand. I am a vibrant, fun, and passionate who loves pregnancy, birth, and babies and have over 20 years in the health care industry.

I am a mother of 4 wonderful adult children and 3 grandchildren. I feel that all mothers should have access to the best knowledge and care, also to make informed decision about their birth and postpartum experience. 

I ensure that every mother that works with me receives evidence based information, I create a peaceful environment.

As a certified birth and postpartum doula , I serve families across Fairfield, Westchester, Dutchess, & Litchfield County.

My goal is simple: to help you feel safe, informed, and supported at every step of your journey.
